... the year, we have Teci with the two feathers of Amen. In later times this is changed to Sirius. I believe it is generally acknowledged that the month-table at the Ramesseum is the oldest one we have; there is a variant at Edfû. ... physics of gravitation is not yet understood(?)." I suggest that the problem has nothing to do with gravity. Instead, problems arise because incorrect gravitational models are used in astrophysics. The correct electrical models are much simpler and can be verified by direct observations instead of inferences about the hidden interiors of stars. As outlined in THOTH VII-4 article and Thornhill's May 2003 holoscience news item about planet formation, and in an Aug 2001 article about neutrinos, an electric star is expected to be much the same density throughout. So the peculiar flattening of fast-spinning Achernar is easily understood. SEE EARLIER ARTICLES HERE http//www.holoscience.com/news.php? ...

... , there would seem to be good reason why a universalistic uncompetitive god should suddenly acquire the traits of a nationalistic jealous god - keeping monotheism constant. Still this would presume that Elohim, and also El Shaddai, were plugging the gap. However Elohim-Osiris-Saturn, while still a great god in Egypt, had long given way there to Horus-Amon and Thoth. "From the sixth dynasty on, Horus alone appears as the true patron of monarchy" until the end of the Middle Kingdom.[55] Then Seth, who can be identified as the perennial antagonist of Osiris, Horus, and Isis (Venus), becomes the principal divine monarch of the Hyksos until their overthrow by ...

... "halo"): "Hail to you who sails in his Khu, who navigates a circle within his Aten," reads the Book of the Dead. (26) Clearly, the subject is the crescent-enclosure. In the Pyramid Texts, King Unas announces, "I revolve round heaven like Re, I sail round heaven like Thoth." While Re's image is the Aten , the common symbol of Thoth is the crescent-enclosure . Allowing the one image to explain the other, we see that Unas does not here engage in two separate acts, but in a single act depicted in two different ways: to revolve within the Aten is to sail in the crescent-ship of ...

... were believed to have introduced new forms of religious worship including, almost certainly, flesh sacrifice. c. Both were associated with circumcision and were linked to a phallic cult. A further consideration adds yet more weight to the argument. Abraham, as well as Menes, are clearly related, in terms of general character, to the god Thoth/Hermes. Amongst the Egyptians, Thoth was regarded as the patron of learning and it was believed he bequeathed civilisation to mankind. It was said that he invented language, writing and medicine. The Greeks regarded Thoth (whom they associated with their own Hermes) as one of the oldest gods. He had a frivolous and impetuous ...

... that have regular appearances and disappearances that "could be measured by the sidereal year", and only a star lying on the pole of the ecliptic would have a fairly stable declination though even that would be susceptible to the gradual variations in obliquity.) Some of Parker's conclusions are not as "safe" as he seems to imagine. Thoth 1 Egyptian (or I ht I Egyptian) did indeed fall on July 20 Julian in + 139 and on July 19 Julian in + 140, + 141, and + 142, as Parker says. But the (calculated) heliacal rising of Sirius seems to have fallen on July 20 Julian both for many years before and also ...

... , earthbound observers saw two revolving semicircles of light and shadow moving in a vast pathway around the stationary orb of Saturn. Hence, our model implies that the ship was part and parcel of the sun god's enclosure. In the Egyptian Pyramid Texts, King Unas announces, "I revolve round heaven like Ra, I sail round heaven like Thoth." (23) While Ra's image is the enclosed sun , the common symbol of Thoth is the crescent-enclosure . In a terrible rage at his wife's unfaithfulness, Ra swore that she should not be delivered of the child on any of the 360 days of his year. As her time was up, this curse might have caused her considerable difficulties had not Thoth, the god of science and mathematics, another friend of Nut's, succeeded, by a ruse, in procuring for her a spell of time upon which the curse of Ra did not rest. Playing at draughts with the Moon, with time as a stake, he won one seventy-second part of every day, which he made up ...
