Even Kenneth Kitchen, the staunchest defender of the accepted chronology, concedes that at one point there were four dynasties ruling at the same time [1 ]. Those revisionists, fundamentalist or otherwise, who accept biblical history but not a third millenium Flood, tend to place the Exodus late in Middle Bronze (eg Velikovsky, Bimson, Rohl, James, Wood, Robinson). Two well established archaeologists, despite accepting the conventional chronology, have adopted an EB Exodus theory (R Cohen and E Anati), and one established Egyptologist has considered an end of MB Exodus (H Goedicke).
